The European Association of Dermato-Oncology (EADO) launches a novel educational initiative designed to prepare the next generation of clinicians and clinician-scientists for leadership in dermato-oncology.

In 2026, 20–30 outstanding young dermatologists will be selected to participate in a one-day intensive leadership and teaching course to be held in May 2026 in Germany, Italy and Spain.

Participants will be chosen by the EADO Board of Directors based on their scientific merit, clinical achievements, and potential to become future leaders in skin cancer care and research.

This program aims to provide young dermatologists with focused training, mentorship, and exposure to excellence in clinical and academic dermato-oncology, while fostering innovation, collaboration, and visionary leadership.

The course will address key aspects of modern skin cancer center management, including organization, advanced dermatological health care, translational research, innovation, and the digital transformation of dermatology.

Renowned European experts will deliver lectures, guide interactive discussions, and supervise small group workshops.
